What CoGC has always believed...

“In the search for

self-care, stability, and growth,

the best answers lie with

color, music, stories, and movement.”

Our story

begins in 2014...

When Anshuma Kshetrapal envisioned Colors of Grey Cells, providing mental health services, psychotherapy, and creative arts therapy—online across the country and globally, in-person in Delhi. Nestled in the heart of South Delhi's Kalkaji, the space offers a particular oasis up a flight of stairs amid the market's hustle and bustle.

CoGC was never just a service or clinic but a space where becoming was enough—where bodies could ground and remember their wisdom, where presence was the practice, and integration wasn't a destination but a continuous becoming.

Anshuma Kshetrapal, founder of The Color of Grey Cells, reflects on the journey from unwilling hero to building a community of practitioners.

From Peter Pan's refusal to lose wonder, to Robin Hood's commitment to justice, to the realization that the treasure isn't in arriving alone; it's in the many heroes who walk alongside.

As CoGC completes 11 years, we're stepping boldly into the next chapter: claiming our place in the mainstream, and continuing the work of accessible, integrated care.

On The Journey

"It began with a very unwilling hero who had to learn the power of good enough; good enough team, good enough space, good enough money, but consistent effort. The treasure is that the hero is no longer alone."

On Our Approach

"There's a Robin Hood quality to our work; a social justice lens we keep alive. All our therapists see people as part of systems that are oppressive, and we work to keep therapy accessible and inclusive."

On What's Next

"The next word is bold. We've been tentative, almost asking for permission. Now we're ready to step into the mainstream as thought leaders, to collaborate with change makers and take up bigger projects."
